Returns & Refunds
Returns
You can return an unused item in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact support@vyspir.com with your order reference to arrange it.
Defective items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method (Apple Pay, mada or card) within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.

المنتجات المعيبة
إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً، أبلغنا خلال 14 يوماً وسنستبدله أو نرد المبلغ كاملاً بما في ذلك التوصيل.
الاسترداد
تُرد المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية (آبل باي أو مدى أو البطاقة) خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد استلامنا المنتج.
